Best Whitening Toothpaste Reviews in 2018 – Get Whiter Teeth Fast!

Toothpaste has been around for decades.  However, with the advancements that have been made with toothpaste, you can now get it so that you not only keep your mouth healthy but are also able to whiten your teeth at the same time.  But with all of the choices available, how are you suppose to know which one is the best whitening toothpaste for you?  That is exactly why I have reviewed the best teeth whitening toothpaste.  I have tried them all out and listed the pros and cons of each one that I tested.

Remember, everyone has different levels of stains and discolored teeth.  This means that the more heavily stained teeth may require a longer period of being exposed to the whitening toothpaste before results can be noticed.  For the record, my teeth are already pretty white.  One more thing before getting into the reviews, I just wanted to mention that all testing was done with an electronic toothbrush for these whitening toothpaste reviews.

Top 10 Whitening Toothpaste Reviews

After trying out the top 10 best whitening toothpastes, I have the results from what I found after trying each one.  While some did whiten better than others, there were a few that did other things besides whitening well also.  Below are my whitening toothpaste reviews.

Crest Complete Whitening Scope Toothpaste

If you have ever brushed your teeth before, you are more than likely familiar with the Crest brand of toothpaste.  One of their toothpaste series is Crest Complete, which claims to help protect your teeth, as well as improve the overall health of your mouth.  They have now taken that concept and combined with Scope, as well as teeth whitening.

Some of the features of Crest Complete Whitening Scope toothpaste are that it is overall good toothpaste that claims it will help keep your teeth and gums healthy when used regularly.  Some of the main benefits of this toothpaste include cavity prevention, fresher breath and of course, it will help to whiten your teeth when used as directed.

Crest Complete

After using Crest Complete Whitening Scope toothpaste for some time, I found a few things to be interesting.  The main thing that I like about this particular toothpaste was that it left a good, minty taste in my mouth, as well as delivered a burst of freshness at the same time.  I really felt that any bad breath would be eliminated after brushing with this toothpaste, and felt like that feeling lasted for several hours.

After you get finished brushing with this version of Crest, there is a definite feeling of a clean mouth for most of the day.  As for the whitening aspect of this toothpaste, I found that there was maybe a slight difference in the whiteness of my teeth., but I was unable to conclusively declare that there was much of an improvement.  In addition, while I didn’t actually try it myself, there is a Crest mouthwash that is supposed to compliment Crest Complete Whitening Scope toothpaste that when used together, have the potential to make the fresh, minty feeling last longer, as well as help whiten your teeth faster.

As for what could be better, I would say that the whitening aspect was somewhat disappointing.  For toothpaste that claims to be one of the best whitening toothpastes available, I felt like there was definitely room for improvement in that area.  My mouth did feel nice and fresh for most of the day though.

Cali White Activated Whitening Toothpaste

The Cali White Activated Whitening Toothpaste was really unique as it uses activated charcoal, organic coconut oil, and baking soda to help get your teeth whiter.  This combination creates an effective whitening and detoxifying combination that will leave your mouth fresh and teeth white.  It is vegan-friendly, as well as fluoride, SLS, peroxide, and gluten-free.

This natural whitening toothpaste also boasts that it is great for people who suffer from sensitive teeth.   The minty flavor helps eliminate any bad breath, while the natural flavors of Xylitol and peppermint oil combine to make a great tasting toothpaste.

Cali White

I actually really like this toothpaste.  The Cali White Activated Whitening toothpaste was much different than any of the other ones that I tried.  While I was testing it, my wife tried it too.  She has sensitive teeth, and since many of the whitening toothpastes can’t be used, she was extremely skeptical.  But after reading about the natural whitening properties of the activated charcoal and coconut oil, she decided to give it a try.

Not only was she able to use this toothpaste with her sensitive teeth, but we both saw results within the first week.  Another great thing about this toothpaste was that there was no mess to clean up from the activated charcoal.  Anyone who has ever dealt with charcoal before will tell you how messy it can become.  That was not the case in this situation.  I was able to get the benefits of charcoal helping whiten my teeth, but without the mess that is normally associated with it.

The one thing that I would change about the Cali White Activated Whitening toothpaste would be the flavor.  Since it is an all-natural toothpaste, it is flavored with baking soda and tea tree oil.  While the flavor wasn’t too bad, it did disappear quickly leaving me with a feeling that I didn’t put enough toothpaste on my toothbrush.

Hello Oral Care Fluoride Free Whitening Toothpaste

The Hello Oral Care Fluoride Free Whitening toothpaste is exactly what it claims to be, a natural, fluoride free whitening toothpaste.  Some features of this toothpaste are that it will not just clean your mouth and whiten your teeth, but it will also help to remove plaque, it tastes amazing and will help keep your breath fresh.  It is a natural toothpaste that uses no artificial flavors, dyes, microbeads, artificial sweeteners, SLS, gluten or parabens.

What this toothpaste does have, however, is only the best high-quality ingredients such as xylitol, charcoal, coconut oil, aloe and a special silica blend that helps to gently brighten and polish your teeth.  And just so you know, Hello Oral Care Fluoride Free Whitening toothpaste is 100% vegan and is never tested on any type of animals.

Hello

This toothpaste was very interesting to me, especially when it is compared to the ‘not natural’ ones.  Even with that being said, I actually really enjoyed using this toothpaste.   It is a great non-fluoridated toothpaste that has good flavor and a smooth, gel-like texture.  From the teeth whitening perspective, this toothpaste actually worked really well.  It will leave your mouth feeling very fresh and clean, as well as help whiten your teeth considerably when used regularly.

One of the main things I liked most about this toothpaste is the gel texture.  Many of the other natural toothpaste available will have a thicker type of texture, which can leave your mouth like you were chewing on dirt.  This is not the case here.  In fact, even though it is natural toothpaste, I’m going to go ahead and say that it was one of my favorites out of all the toothpastes that were tested.

The one area that could use some help is the size of the tube.  While it is a great toothpaste, the tubes that it comes in are definitely a little on the smaller side.  It would be great if they would be able to double the size of the current tubes.

Tom’s of Maine Antiplaque Fluoride Free Toothpaste

To’s of Maine Antiplaque and Whitening Fluoride-Free toothpaste is another natural whitening toothpaste.  It uses only authentic natural ingredients and will help to whiten your teeth with its naturally sourced silica’s.  Another great thing about this particular toothpaste is that it is a fluoride-free formula that uses no artificial sweeteners, flavors or dyes.  And on top of that, Tom’s of Maine Antiplaque and Whitening Fluoride Free toothpaste is also cruelty-free, gluten-free, and even halal and kosher certified friendly.  And if all of that weren’t enough, the natural flavoring will have you excited to brushing your teeth again.

Tom’s of Maine

After using Tom’s of Maine Antiplaque Fluoride Free toothpaste, it was actually not that bad of a toothpaste.  While it did have a great minty taste that reminded me of a mint mouthwash, as far as teeth whitening goes, I didn’t notice any change from when I started using it.  So I guess I would go ahead and say that this is a good toothpaste, but not so good as a teeth whitener.  But again, this is a good non-fluoride toothpaste, just not a great choice if you are looking for teeth whitening as well.

After I tested this toothpaste, I discovered that even though it claims to be natural, it does actually contain SLS.  If you read the ingredients, you will see it listed right there on the package.  So it is not actually all-natural toothpaste even though it claims to be.  I have also heard that Tom’s of Maine toothpaste is actually very similar to Colgate ingredient-wise and has had some legal troubles for the false claims of being a natural toothpaste while containing SLS, a non-natural chemical.

Sensodyne Pronamel Gentle Whitening Toothpaste

Sensodyne Pronamel Gentle Whitening, Enamel Strengthening Toothpaste was designed for those who suffer from sensitive teeth.  The main purpose of this toothpaste is to not only help whiten your teeth but to strengthen the enamel of your teeth as well.  In fact, this is actually the #1 dentist recommended brand of toothpaste for strengthening and protecting enamel for those with sensitive teeth.

Sensodyne Pronamel was designed to protect your teeth against acid erosion.  When used as directed, it will help to fight cavities, freshen your breath and re-harden the enamel on your teeth that have been weakened by acid erosion.

Sensodyne

And just in case you are unsure what acid erosion is, it’s when acidic foods and drinks soften your teeth, and they can even lose some of their mineral content.  Once the enamel starts to wear away, dentin underneath is exposed and can cause the teeth to become much more sensitive than normal.

While I don’t personally have sensitive teeth, I do know people who have them, and they really enjoy Sensodyne Pronamel.  From the teeth whitening perspective, however, the whitening power is nothing to get excited about.  But something to keep in mind is that most teeth whitening toothpaste that do a good job of whitening teeth usually contain compounds that can potentially leave your teeth feeling sensitive.

So my overall conclusion about Sensodyne Pronamel Gentle Whitening, Enamel Strengthening toothpaste is that it’s great for strengthening your tooth enamel, but falls short when it comes to the whitening of teeth.  But again, keep in mind that my teeth are already pretty white, and I only used this particular toothpaste for one tube.  Since it is more a gentle whitening, I would imagine that it would probably take a little longer for the whitening aspect of the toothpaste to start being noticeable.

The one thing that I would change for Sensodyne Pronamel would be to put NovaMin, which is in all of the other Sensodyne toothpastes, into this one as well.  NovaMin helps with the re-mineralization of the tooth enamel.  While I didn’t personally experience anything in this regard, for someone with sensitive teeth this can potentially extend the enamel repair process.

Marvis Whitening Mint Toothpaste

Next up is Marvis Whitening Mint toothpaste.  Coming out of Florence, Italy, Marvis Whitening Mint toothpaste will help you to remove any surface stains and plaque, as well as give you a brighter, whiter smile.  As mentioned in the name of the toothpaste, there is a cool mint flavor that will leave your mouth feeling refreshed and rejuvenated for hours.

The special Marvis toothpaste formula guarantees that it will provide maximum protection for oral health, as well as help brighten your teeth.  You’ll not only have fresh breath all day, but will also be preventing tartar, plaque and tooth decay.  As if that weren’t enough, all of Marvis toothpaste is also fluoride free, vegan, gluten-free, paraben-free and never tested on animals.

Marvis

When I first tried Marvis Whitening Mint toothpaste, I was surprised by the minty flavor and how refreshing it was.  After I was finished brushing, my mouth had a clean, refreshed feeling for quite some time.  It also felt really good on my gums, as they were slightly inflamed at the time.  Marvis actually helped to make that go away almost immediately.  And have I mentioned the amazing flavor yet?  The flavor is definitely worth the price of admission on this one.

When I compare Marvis Whitening Mint toothpaste to other, made in America toothpastes without factoring in the whitening effect, I feel that Marvis is actually a better overall toothpaste.  However, when you factor in the whitening aspect of the Marvis toothpaste that is where Marvin falls short.  I really didn’t notice any change in the whiteness of my teeth the entire time I was using Marvis toothpaste.  So as whitening toothpaste, I really don’t feel that it is able to compete with some of the other brands that are available.

The one thing that I would like to see changed would be the packaging.  When you first open Marvis Whitening Mint Toothpaste, you will notice that there is not foil between the tube and the lid.  This is a sight not commonly seen in the US.  The reason why they don’t do this is that Marvis toothpaste is based in Italy and they are not required too.  However, it would be nice to see that little extra protection when a tube is first opened.

Colgate Optic White Sparking Toothpaste

Colgate is one of the larger toothpaste brands available on the market today.  With this being said, my expectations were high for this test.  First off, Colgate Optic White Sparkling toothpaste claims that when used as directed, you are potentially able to notice whiter teeth in as little as 1 week.

This is possible as the toothpaste works to remove any surface stains you may have, which in turn will help to whiten your teeth by up to 3 shades of white.  It is not only paraben-free but is also safe for your tooth enamel and will even help to strengthen your teeth as well.  Another key feature of Colgate Optic White Sparkling toothpaste is that it does something that most other ordinary toothpaste do not.  It works to remove intrinsic teeth stains as well as the regular surface stains.  Last but not least, the special fluoride formula acts as a daily anti-cavity protector and works to keep your enamel safe all day long.

Colgate

After trying the Colgate Optic White Sparkling toothpaste, let me just say that I am a fan.  Not only was the fresh minty taste very refreshing and enjoyable, but the whitening that I noticed was equally as impressive.  I noticed that most of the surface stains (at least the ones that were picked up during the day) were easily cleaned away without a trace.  And to take it even further, I also noticed that my teeth did start to become whiter and brighter as the weeks went on.

As if bright, sparkly, white teeth weren’t enough, the Colgate Optic White Sparkling toothpaste also helped prevent any new stains from happening, and even the ‘day-stains’ started happening less and less.  Another aspect I really liked about this toothpaste was that it was really easy on my gums.  Some of the other whitening toothpaste can be harsh on the gums as they contain so many chemicals and whitening agents.  This was definitely not the case, however.  My gums were not once irritated or bothered by this Colgate whitening toothpaste.

On a side note, my daughter also used Colgate Optic White Sparkling toothpaste while I was using it and she has braces.  Even with the braces on her teeth, there was still a noticeable improvement in her tooth stain removal, and her teeth got a few shades lighter by the end of about week 3.

One thing that I would change about Colgate Optic White Sparkling toothpaste is that when you first put the toothpaste into your mouth, it does sting for a second.  It’s almost like the toothpaste is spicy.  But at the same time, I did get used to that after the first few uses.  I guess that’s the price that we have to pay to have a clean mouth with bright, sparkly, white teeth.  So goes the saying, ‘you have to suffer to be beautiful!’

Crest Pro-Health HD Toothpaste

Crest Pro-Health HD Toothpaste is one of the only two-step teeth whitening toothpaste systems.  Step 1 is a purifying cleanser that helps to clear away any plaque and cleans the teeth.  Step 2 is a gel that helps to whiten and polish the teeth.  This toothpaste also claims to have 6x’s the cleaning power as regular toothpaste in regards to plaque reduction after 3 weeks, as well as 6x’s the whitening power when compared to ordinary toothpaste after just 1 week.

This two-step process is so effective that Crest is calling it their biggest breakthrough in toothpaste since fluoride.  Not only will Crest Pro-health HD toothpaste help you whiten your teeth and clean your mouth, but it also helps with sensitive teeth and reduces gingivitis by up to 43% when compared to regular toothpaste.

Crest

Being the only two-step toothpaste whitening systems that I have ever used, it was definitely a different experience than any of the other whitening toothpaste.  So you start out with step 1 brushing your teeth like normal.  The only difference is that you don’t rinse your mouth out.  Which as mentioned above, step 1 is the cleaning phase.  Once you have thoroughly brushed your teeth, you move on to step 2.  I thought this part was kind of neat.  With your mouth already clean and tingly feeling, you do the same exact thing with the second part of the toothpaste.  Once you have been sure to get every tooth, you then rinse out your mouth and are done.

While it did take me a little longer as you are basically brushing your teeth two times, but the end result I got was whiter teeth.  I thought that Colgate Pro-Health HD did a great job for whitening my teeth.  I noticed a brighter, whiter smile after about the first week or so.  While one of the other claims of this toothpaste is sensitivity relief, I wasn’t able to experience that as I usually don’t have sensitive teeth.  However, my wife occasionally has sensitive teeth, and this just happened to be one of the times that they were acting up.  So she tried it as well and said that after just a few uses the sensitivity started to diminish.  Again, I didn’t personally experience that, but she did and said that it worked great in that aspect.

The only thing that I wasn’t a fan of was that at first use, there was a slight burning sensation in my gums.  I imagine that the extra whitening power for the teeth isn’t necessarily meant to get on the gums.  So my recommendation would be to not brush your gums with this particular toothpaste.

Holisouse Activated Charcoal Toothpaste

Holisouse Activated Charcoal Toothpaste is a combination of coconut and activated charcoal that claims to remove tooth stains, get rid of bad breath and just improve oral health altogether.  Its all-natural formula helps to improve tooth enamel and gum health, as well as prevent any tooth decay from occurring.

With a combination natural coconut extract and charcoal as the main ingredients, this combination is a powerful teeth-cleaning toothpaste that effectively cleans your teeth, as well as proved special protection for your dental hygiene.  Another benefit of the coconut and charcoal combination is that it absorbs the stains right off of the teeth, working quickly to whiten the teeth.  On top of that, Holisouse Activated Charcoal toothpaste will also help your mouth resist and refresh bad breath.

Holisouse

Prior to trying out Holisouse Activated Charcoal toothpaste, I was actually kind of excited for my teeth as I’ve heard about how powerful coconut and activated charcoal can be when it comes to teeth whitening.  So after I did try it, it definitely felt like my teeth were cleaner and whiter.  Another thing that I like about this toothpaste was that there was no blackening of the teeth while brushing.  A lot of the charcoal-based toothpastes will turn your teeth and mouth black.  This was not the case with this activated charcoal toothpaste though.  I liked this part a lot as it made it much easier to rinse out the sink after I was done using it.

When it comes to the taste, I thought that the minty flavor was noticeable, but not overwhelming.  I’m sure you’ve tried toothpastes that have been just too minty before.  This is not one of them.  The flavor was just right to leave your mouth feeling clean and fresh.  As for the whitening aspect of the toothpaste, I feel that my teeth did get whiter after about the second week of use.  If I had to sum up my experience with Holisouse Activated Charcoal toothpaste, it would be the feeling you get when you are leaving the dentist’s office

While I really enjoyed this toothpaste, the one thing that I wasn’t a big fan of was the fact that it does claim to be all-natural, but there are substances such as SLS, hydrated silica, sorbitol and whatever ‘aroma’ is.  So I guess that even though it claims to be natural toothpaste, it isn’t as all-natural as I thought.

Opalescence Whitening Toothpaste

The last toothpaste that I tested was Opalescence Whitening toothpaste.  This toothpaste boasts that its unique formula allows for quick and efficient fluoride release, as well as the highest amount of fluoride uptake for the tooth’s enamel.  On top of that, this toothpaste also provides the maximum dentin and enamel restoration protection.  This means that it will help your teeth become stronger, as well as whiter.

Opalescence

With a fresh flavor, this toothpaste is supposed to remove any surface stains without being abrasive, as well as provide your teeth with everything they need to become stronger while preserving the whiteness of the teeth as well.

With the Opalescence Whitening toothpaste, it may have been in my head, but I feel that I noticed the front of my teeth were looking a couple shades whiter than normal.  I’m not really sure if this toothpaste actually strengthened my tooth enamel or any of that, but I really feel that there was some whitening that happened; at least a few shades.

As an added bonus, I really enjoyed how this toothpaste tasted.  The flavor wasn’t overpowering, but it was noticeable enough to leave a clean taste in my mouth when I was finished brushing.  Overall this toothpaste left my mouth feeling clean and fresh while whitening my teeth at the same time.

As for what I thought could be changed about Opalescence Whitening toothpaste, it was the fact that the toothpaste comes in a rather small tube.  While many of the other whitening toothpaste comes in the bigger tubes, this tube is a little smaller in comparison, and I feel that it would be nicer to have a ‘regular’ sized tube to help it last a little longer.

Does Tooth Whitening Toothpaste Really Work?

After trying all of the different teeth whitening toothpaste, I have come to the conclusion that teeth whitening toothpaste does work by helping remove any surface stains that may be on the teeth.  These are the stains caused by food and drinks, such as soda, coffee, and even smoking.  So teeth whitening toothpaste will work in that sense.  However, if the stain goes deeper into the tooth’s surface, the toothpaste will not work as well at whitening the teeth.

Things to Consider When Choosing whitening Toothpaste

  • Abrasivity Level

RDA value or Relative Dentin Abrasivity ranks abrasiveness in toothpaste. The level of abrasiveness  is the toothpastes ability to scrub off stains. Ideally, you would choose a toothpaste with a low abrasion rate (under 75), which will help to prevent any increased sensitivity or gum recession.  An RDA value of 75-100 would be toothpaste with medium abrasiveness, and a score of 101-150 is considered to be highly abrasive, and anything over 150 is considered to be harmful.

  • Safe on Teeth Enamel

Toothpaste is supposed to help protect and improve the strength of your teeth enamel, not hurt it.  So be sure that the whitening toothpaste you decide to use is safe on tooth enamel or you will be facing bigger problems down the road other than yellow teeth.

  • Cavity Protection

While having white teeth is great, having healthy teeth is even better.  When it comes to selecting whitening toothpaste, be sure to select one that also provides extra cavity protection.  Usually, any toothpaste with fluoride in it will help protect your teeth from those unwanted cavities.

  • Made of Safe and Quality Ingredients

Everyone knows that you are not supposed to eat toothpaste, but that doesn’t mean that your whitening toothpaste should be packed full of chemicals that are potentially hazardous to you either.  If at all possible, be sure to choose all-natural toothpaste, as they don’t have any harsh chemicals in them.  And if you do go with a whitening toothpaste that contains chemicals, be sure that they are in limited quantities.

  • Fights Against Plaque, Gingivitis, and Tartar

Your whitening toothpaste should whiten, but it should also provide overall protection and health for your teeth and gums as well.  This means that your toothpaste should help eliminate and prevent any plaque, tartar or gingivitis from happening in your mouth.

  • Provide a Refreshing Feeling

Not everyone wants a minty feeling for the 4 hours after they brush their teeth.  That is why it’s important to choose whitening toothpaste that suits your individual preferences.  If you like a minty, refreshing feeling post brushing, be sure that the toothpaste you choose will provide you with that.  If you prefer less of a refreshing feeling, then choose toothpaste that isn’t as strong in flavor.  Either way, there should be some kind of refreshing feeling in your mouth after you get done brushing.

  • Approval From American Dental Association (ADA)

All of the best quality toothpastes have been approved and ranked by the American Dental Association.  If the American Dental Association has not approved your toothpaste, chances are there is a reason for that.  While that doesn’t mean your toothpaste doesn’t work and is making false claims, there is a reason why it hasn’t been ranked.  The best plan of action I can give you is to choose whitening toothpaste that has been approved by the American Dental Association.

Active Ingredients in Whitening Toothpastes

I don’t know about you, but when I look at a toothpaste label’s ingredients, I feel like I’m looking at a foreign language.  So what I do when it comes to checking my whitening toothpastes ingredients is to look out for a few specific chemicals that are known to increase the toothpaste’s performance.

  • Hydrated Silica – This is a stain remover for your tooth’s exterior.
  • Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) – This is a substance that helps prevent new stains from forming by bonding to the tooth.
  • Sodium Bicarbonate (Baking Soda) – Baking soda is used in many types of toothpaste due to its ability to neutralize any harmful acids that may be in the mouth, as well as freshen breath and help clean teeth.
  • Sodium Tripolyphosphate – This helps to remove any stains that are on the teeth.
  • Calprox – This helps dissolve bacteria layers in the mouth, which will help prevent from having a plaque buildup.
  • Hydrogen Peroxide – This is an ingredient that will bleach the teeth which help to make them whiter.
  • Potassium Nitrate – This is important to have in your toothpaste as it protects the nerve below the tooth and reduces sensitivity as well.
  • Sodium Monofluorophosphate (Fluoride) – This works and has been proven to strengthen enamel on your teeth, helps prevent cavities from occurring, as well as reduce the sensitivity of the tooth.
  • Strontium Chloride – By bonding with saliva, this will help protect the root of the tooth.

How to Use Whitening Toothpaste for Quick and Effective Results

While using whitening toothpaste can provide you with whiter, brighter teeth, if done incorrectly, all of your hard work may potentially not payoff.  That is why it’s important that you are using it correctly.

If you really want the quickest and best results from your whitening toothpaste, be sure that you brush your teeth with it a minimum of twice per day; once in the morning and once before going to bed.  If you were looking for even quicker results, I would recommend brushing your teeth a third time, right after lunch as well.  This will guarantee that your mouth is fresh, your teeth are protected, and your breath is fresh all day long.

When it comes to the actual brushing of the teeth, I would recommend that you brush for a minimum of 2 minutes.  In fact, there are even electric toothbrushes that are available, which have a built-in timer and even let you know when to move onto another area of your mouth while brushing.  On top of timing your teeth brushing, an electric toothbrush will be able to clean your teeth and maximize your whitening toothpaste effects much better than a regular manual toothbrush.

As with any new routine, be sure to check the directions on the actual toothpaste tube as well.  This will only take a second and will allow you to be sure that you are using that particular toothpaste correctly.  You know what they say, it’s better to be safe than sorry.

How long does it take to see results?
While each brand of whitening toothpaste works differently, depending on the brand, results can be seen in as little as 3 days to a couple of weeks.  But keep in mind; your individual diet (how much acidic food you eat, coffee and soda you drink, smoking cigarettes, etc.) can delay the process of teeth whitening.  But typically you should start seeing results after about the first week if you are following the recommended instructions.

While using an electric toothbrush with a whitening toothpaste isn’t required, it will help to get the desired results quicker.  So I would recommend that you do use an electric toothbrush when using whitening toothpaste and just for overall oral health.

For whitening toothpaste, which one is better, gel or paste?
While both will be able to help you whiten your teeth, I feel that the gel actually works a little better than the paste.
